The server, like any other, records standard technical logs (including your IP address) for security purposes; it is maintained by my hosting provider, SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., with servers located in the EU.
If you write to me at ask@slowjogging.net, I process your data (email address, name, message content) solely in order to reply and handle your enquiry – on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely the correspondence you yourself initiate. If we arrange a training session, your data will also be used to perform that agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The data controller is Michał Pronobis-Proński, contact: ask@slowjogging.net. I keep correspondence for as long as it is ongoing; if it leads to cooperation – for as long as needed to settle it. I do not sell your data to anyone, nor pass it on beyond my mailbox/hosting provider.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, or restrict its processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). Providing your data is voluntary – I simply have no way to reply without an email address.
